Absolutely! This is your special day, and I want you to feel as involved as you wish in the planning and design process. I believe in collaboration, so I’ll be there to guide and support you, but you’ll always have the final say on every detail.
We’ll start by discussing your vision, style preferences, and any ideas or dreams you’ve already had for your wedding. From there, I’ll provide expert advice, vendor recommendations, and styling concepts tailored to your tastes.
You’ll be kept in the loop at every stage, with regular check-ins, design mockups, and planning updates to ensure everything feels right. Whether you want to make decisions on every flower arrangement or prefer to hand over the reins for certain parts of the process, I’ll tailor my approach to match your involvement level. My goal is to ensure you feel confident and excited throughout the journey, while still taking the stress out of it for you. -
You can get your date locked in as soon as you’re ready, and we recommend the sooner the better to guarantee availability.
We generally start working on full planning services between 12 - 18 months prior to your wedding day though this isn’t always the case, we have pulled weddings together in as little as 4 months. We do recommend the earlier the better to get the most flexibility when choosing your team of vendors.
Design & Styling services generally start around 8 - 10 months prior to your wedding day, but again can be pulled together in a much shorter timeframe. We have pulled designs together in as little as 2 months out. -
Yes, absolutely! As a part of my styling services I'll handle the entire set up of your Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception spaces, making sure every detail is perfectly placed and ready for you and your guests to arrive. This includes set up and placement of all your furniture, table settings, flowers, signage and any other details you wish to include in your day.
I'll arrive on site ahead of time to make sure everything looks exactly as planned, so you can relax knowing the space will be beautifully prepared and I'll take care of any last minute adjustments needed on the day.

Planning: Full-service planning covers all the preparation leading up to your wedding, from booking vendors, sourcing quotes and tracking your budget, down to final guest counts and communications with your vendors.
Styling: Creating a visually cohesive aesthetic for your wedding day, we design a day that’s not only gorgeous but also thoughtfully designed table and floor plans to create a comfortable space for you and your guests.
Coordination: Managing all logistics and vendors on the day, assisting main events and any last minute changes so you and your guests can relax and enjoy the day. -
You do need to allow an additional budget for all your hire items and vendors. However I have an inventory exclusive to Mollie & Mae couples, my ever growing range is full of table top styling items and small furniture pieces such as signing tables and plinths. These items are offered at a heavily discounted price.
We do also have a partnership with Salters Hire, offering Mollie & Mae couples a discount on all hire items.

No, we love meeting new people and seeing new places! Although we have an amazing network of friendors that we love to highly recommend, myself and the team are always open to working at new places with new vendors.
